Quick answers
- Where is the app? In the menu bar — the three-bar icon at the top right of your screen. It has no Dock icon and no window of its own until you open one.
- Start the tutorials over: open the panel → GlassNet Settings… → How This Works….
- A deck I bought isn't in Deck Library: in Posts & Store, select the deck and click Add. Buying downloads it; Add puts it in your library.
- Refunds for GlassKeys go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Publishing is limited to three new decks a month. Resubmitting a rejected deck doesn't count.
- A study group holds five people and ten decks. You can be in three at once.
- Getting paid: once you're owed ten dollars, Cash Out in the Post tab sends it to your bank through Stripe.
Report something
Every store deck has Report this deck in its ⋯ menu, and every creator can be blocked. Copyright owners: see the copyright page.
Delete your account
Email us from the address tied to your Apple ID and we'll delete your account and its data within 30 days.
