Copyright & DMCA
GlassNet hosts decks that people write and publish or share. We respect copyright and we act on valid notices. If you own a work and believe a deck on GlassNet copies it, send a notice to our designated agent.

What to include in a notice
For a notice to be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), it needs:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of someone authorized to act for you).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- Identification of the deck you say infringes — its title and the creator's handle, as shown in the app — with enough detail for us to find it.
- Your address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
What we do
We remove or disable access to the deck promptly and tell the person who published it, giving them your notice. They may send a counter-notice under § 512(g); if they do, we forward it to you, and unless you tell us within ten business days that you've filed a court action, we may restore the deck.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that receive repeated valid notices are terminated.
Not a copyright claim?
For anything else — a deck that's offensive, misleading, or otherwise shouldn't be there — use Report this deck from the deck's ⋯ menu in the app, or email macarthurkeenan@gmail.com.
